Android NetbookAndroid Netbook Thanks to an anonymous tipster who let us in on this little secret.  The HTC - T-Mobile team has been hard at work on an Android Powered netbook with built in 3G connectivity.  While there is no impending release date, it was hinted that the yet to be named device would be showing up before the end of this year.  If we had to venture a guess on that release date, lets jsut say that the back to school shopping days seem to see a whole lot of laptop sales, don't they?  Now, this wasn't on our leaked image from yesterday, we believe because that leak only had information pertaining to actual voice capable handsets and this device is obviously a bit more data-centric.  Don't worry though, even it the Android netbook doesn't come skype-ready out of the box, it probably won't take long for the pulsating brains at xda-dev to roll out a fix for that.

Netbook-wise, I wouldn't mind just being able to install a copy of Android onto an existing netbook - something like the Eee 1000HE. Smile
